12 August 2016 – Dog World

Short and sweet this week with just a couple of open shows to report. Southampton Open Show Katherine Bull had a super day with her youngster Altaya Star Attraction who just eight months took BP / BOB / TPGP2. Amanda Brown judged the breed. I was given her puppy as the wrong name, for the Papfest Open Show, my apologies Katherine.

At Langstone & DCA, held in Caldicot this was the clubs 55th Anniversary Show.  Garry and Annette Mason had a successful day with Omegaville Love Me Do taking TGP3. The breed and group judge was Stephen Watts.  Congratulations to you both on your super shows..

The Papillon entries as follows; for Bournemouth 79/89 with Dr Geoffey Curr judging the breed and for Welsh Kennel there is 88/90 for Kirsty Miller.

Glenn and I had a lovely day judging assorted Toy breeds at Cartmel Argricultural Show and Rosemarie Hobson judged the Papillons. Thank you to all those exhibitors that gave us such a super entry. Rain was forecast but it held off, just strong winds to blow the cobwebs away. But all the dogs coped extremely well in the conditions.

Take care travelling to the shows, enjoy and I look forward to hearing of your successes.
