Dog CC: Jhanakia Highland Destiny (Mrs S & Mrs J Austin & Thompson) Bitch CC: Ancojo Wild Fire At Thistlemist (Mrs H E Broadhurst) Res. Bitch CC: Kazkell Velvet Dream Jw (Mrs K Maskell). Congratulations to all the winners.

What glorious weather we are having, so fabulous for the dogs to be outside in the warmth. Lets hope in continues for the whole month! Last weekend we were all off to Stafford for Birmingham National Championship Show were Norma Inglis (Craigowl) took centre stage, awarding CC’s for the first time in our breed. There was a large entry of Papillons for her to go over and she worked through them in a calm and decisive manner. She found nothing to beat Ch Rozamie Dream Lover (Crufts BOB 2016 & TOP PAPILLON 2013 &2014) for her Best Of Breed and must have been delighted to see him go Group 2 under world respected Judge Luis Pinto Pixteriea. Not only did her choice of Best Of Breed excel in the Group her Best Puppy in Breed Afterglow Lord Helpus Handled by Tom Isherwood won the Toy Puppy Group. My own homebred bitch won the Bitch CC Champion Omegaville Make Me A Petitchien, now on 5CC’s and 7RCC’s, and the Reserve CC’s went to Sean Carroll who had made the trip over from Ireland and had similar success with his Pomeranian on the day, so a good trip for Sean; and to a very delighted Lynn with her bitch. On a sad note Pat Unwin’s husband Tom has passed away. His funeral is this Friday and I know many of you will want me to send her all our love, especially on this day. Our thoughts are with you Pat.
