Thank you to the Driffield committee for this appointment awarding cc’s for the first time in this wonderful breed. Also thank to the sporting papillon exhibitors for such a lovely entry in numbers and quality.

Class 1949 MPD (3 Entries) Abs: 0

1st: 6194 WHITEHILL, Mrs M & URWIN Mrs P Paparotsie Talk The Talk . A young tri male with bags of potential. Really pretty head and expression and good bite. I liked his overall balance with a decent neck and good length of leg. Super silky coat and really well presented . On the move he covers the ground well and has a lot of personality and style. I think he has a great future.

2nd: 6196 WHITEHILL, Mrs M & URWIN Mrs P Paparottsie Walk The Walk . Another tri who is smaller all over but with the most gorgeous face and eyes. Could do with a touch more neck and a better tail but he is nice on the table , is in gorgeous coat and condition and showing nicely for only a baby.

1st: 6107 BOUGHTON, Mrs A & STANBURY Mrs S Inixia Follower Of Fashion TAF . Mature black and white pup with the most glorious silky coat. Masculine face with super large ears . Great neck and outline with super angles front and rear. High tail. Great temperament and full of fun and when he settled really did move well. Bpd

2nd: 6174 RICHARDSON Mr & Mrs A Ringlands Sunny Tommy Tucker To Belvane. Red sable who was slightly bigger all over but with a super outline and tail . His head is a bit too much but he has wonderful ears. Really sound on his legs but looses his topline a bit on the move.

3rd: 6169 RAMSEY, Ms J D & MOWATT Mr C J Iotastar’s Brave New World

1st: 6195 WHITEHILL, Mrs M & URWIN Mrs P Paparottsie Heart Beats At Amicae. A really beautiful young male of glorious type. Love his head, expression and ears. Such a pretty outline with ample neck, super topline and good tail. Perfect soft silky coat that is really well presented. Such a showman with a great temperament. Moves with so much style but unfortunately his front lets him down at times . Nevertheless a nice young dog.

2nd: 6144 KING Miss J Skyvana Tom Thumb Sarasha. I wasn’t keen on his head but he has lovely well fringed ears. In super coat and body. Tail a little low set . Really good on his legs and is a nice little showman.

1st: 6166 PATRICK Miss E B Volpecula Handsome Is. Small , fine and dainty black and white boy. Very pretty head and well fringed ears. Still needing to body up a little . Shows well.

2nd: 6129 GEARY Mrs G A Taliesyn Black Walnut . Pretty head and super ears on this boy. Sturdily made and showing well but moving a little wide behind.

3rd: 6139 GREEN, Mrs J L & GEORGE-EVANS Mrs L Giramondo Von Jorgealin (Imp)

1st: 6106 CHRISTENSEN Mr & Mrs C Tresor’s Kings Valiant Lancelot. An extremely high quality tri male who is in glorious coat and condition. Pretty well marked face with fantastic heavy fringed ears. Super topline and high well feathered tail. In good body . Sound and stylish on the move. Stood out in this class.

2nd: 6197 WIGGINS Mrs J Rozamie Monsieur Arthur For Scapafield JW. A nice male with an attractive head and ears. Super sound and stylish in profile but could be tidier in front . In good body and condition . Tail could be higher.

1st: 6157 MILLER Miss K F Feorlig Smarty Pants JW. A really smart sable boy with a great outline on him. I didn’t love his head but he has lovely eyes and super large fringed ears. Classic outline with enough neck , super topline and tail and great balance of leg. He’s in great body and condition but it’s on the move he really excels , cover in the ground with no lift in the front and lots of style. His coat is very well presented and he put on a beautiful performance with his very talented handler . RCC

2nd: 6124 FOYNES, Mr A J & MAY Mrs C A Lafay Petite Etoile JW. A quality sable boy with nice head shape but a bit full in eye. Great in profile on the move and a super show temperament . In nice coat and showing well.

3rd: 6153 LOCKHART Mrs V Rozamie Dream Chaser with Chetruda Sh.CM

Class 1955 OD (13 Entries) Abs: 3

1st: 6104 ANDERSON Mrs E Ch Frasermar Storm In The Snow. So much to like about this perfectly marked tri male . Fully mature now and In full bloom , he has a beautiful head and super large heavy fringed ears. On the table he is good to touch and is in super hard condition. I wouldn’t want him bigger but he is so well balanced with an elegant outline. To be critical he is a touch close behind but he really excels in profile covering the ground with a long easy stride, really using his rear and no lift in front. This added to his super temperament make him an exciting dog to watch go around the ring. CC

2nd: 6176 ROBB Mrs I & Mr G Ch Gleniren Shootin Starmaker Sunshoo. A famous dog and lots to like about his overall package and performance. In wonderful coat and bloom . In fit hard condition. He puts on a faultless performance and as always presented and handled to perfection .

1st: 6113 COX Mr B D S & Mrs P A Denemore Juniper Berrie At Tricianbri . Such a promising sable baby. Such a pretty head and ears. Great on the table and in super body. Sound on the move and carrying herself well for such a youngster.

2nd: 6102 AL-BAZI Miss N A L Phylcher Queen Of Hearts . A very raw black and white baby with a very pretty head and markings . She moved sound enough but needs a lot of confidence and today didn’t want to us her tail.

1st: 6146 LANGDON Miss S C Shadowknight Ebony Rose Of Skyvana. What a beautiful typey bitch this is . Gorgeous head and eyes with classic black and white markings. Large ears with great fringes coming already. Her outline and balance is so correct with a great neck , super topline and decent tail. Correct bone and substance. She is so sound and elegant on the move with a light free action and proud head carriage. In beautiful coat and condition and putting on a great performance. RCC & BPIB

2nd: 6170 RAMSEY, Ms J D & MOWATT Mr C J Iotastar’s Foreverautumn. A red and white in wonderful coat and condition. A little heavy in head for me but she has a lovely expression. Well made and in great body . Excellent tail . Moving and showing really well.

3rd: 6155 MASKELL Mrs K Lilnrose Too Vain to kazkel

1st: 6177 ROBB, Mrs I & Mr G A & ROOSENS Mr J Miss Martini Royal De Costalina Suniren (Imp) . Super high quality glamorous tri. Pretty well marked head and gorgeous large heavy fringed ears. She has a wonderful outline with a good neck, topline and high tail although I think she is a touch over angulated behind. Sound and stylish on the move and finished with a glorious silky single coat.

2nd: 6182 STANBURY Mrs S Inixia Potty Dotty. Lovely classically marked black and white girl with super large ears. Beautiful silky coat. Big bold outgoing temperament and when she settled was completely sound.

3rd: 6142 HILL Mr & Mrs P & J A Caraideas Rhapsody In Blue

1st: 6128 FULTON Mr K Milbu Warlock At Kenf. I really loved this beautiful black and white girl . Her gleaming white coat was one of the best of the day . Loved her head but her eyes could be a touch darker. Excellent large fringed ears. On the table she is super to touch and is in wonderful body. Great neck and high tail. So sound on the move and she does it with great style and character .

2nd: 6190 VARLEY Mrs J Ambre Dore Beata Bea At Coxleyview (Imp) JW . Pretty headed bitch with fabulous heavy fringed ears. In lovely coat and bloom. She’s well made but could do with a touch more neck for more elegance. Sound in profile but could be tidier in front. A nice showgirl .

1st: 6160 MORRIS, Mrs V & LANGTON Mrs Y Rozamie Look It’s Omegaville. Not particularly glamorous but a nice quality girl. Super dark expressive eyes but a little short in foreface. Nice ears. Good to go over on the table and a well balanced outline. Moving and showing really well.

2nd: 6158 MILLER, Miss K F & RYAN Mr E L Feorlig Wake Up Maggie. Petit sable girl in full bloom and great fringed ears. Such a pretty expression. Could do with a touch more neck . In super body and condition . Showing and moving really well.

Her outline is balanced and she has a lovely tail. Really sound on the move and has a decent coat. Super temperament .

2nd: 6188 THORNTON Mr C & Mrs A Cheeky Celica At Shevid. Such a striking black and white with a gorgeous silky coat. Very pretty head and excellent ears. She has a lovely elegant out line and is sound and stylish in profile . A little narrow in front but a very nice bitch.

3rd: 6181 SHARP-DIXON, Mr K & REYES Mr J Zoloto Princess Queenslake

1st: 6184 STEWART, Mrs K & STEWART-KNIGHT Miss K Ch & Ir Ch Tussalud Story Tales . As they say ‘ the star of the day’ !! This beautiful bitch was bang on form, fully mature in body and brain and in full bloom. Loved her head , pretty eyes and fabulous large fringed ears. Her beautifully presented coat is a lovely silky texture. Classic in outline with enough neck , hard level back and a high tail. Super size and bone and correct length of leg to give her elegance. On the move today she was faultless . Dead true down and back and in profile covers the ground with a long easy stride and no lift at all. This added with her style and showmanship I could have watched her all day. She really put on a faultless performance for her talented young handler. CC & BOB

Good neck, topline and high tail. I would like a touch more leg for better balance but she is great to go over and is in super body and condition. On the move she is super sound and today put on a lovely performance. In lovely coat and as alway beautifully handled.
