Critique
My thanks to the Scottish Kennel Club for inviting me to judge Papillion’s at this lovely show and to the exhibitors for allowing me the priviledge of going over their dogs.
I was delighted with my winners but felt that overall we are losing our lovely type. Movement is not too good which made it difficult in some classes. Also we seem to have such a variation in sizes. Some small and some large. Difficult to get right I know but it does affect the overall balance. Presentation was mostly excellent but I was dismayed by some of the sticky products being used on some exhibits.
